The resort is very clean overall, which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable. However, dinner could be improved, as there was limited variety and nearly the same items were served every day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and improving dinner options would make the experience even better.

Very nice hotel! A large variety of food that was changing every day. People from all over Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, France, Poland, Ukraine. Great animation team! Plenty of shows!

The staff is friendly and snorkling great by the pier. There’s a wide collection of food and the beach restaurant have a good choice for lunch. The entertainment team is engaging and have good shows in the eves. The hotel is a bit far from shops etc and sometimes the onsite shop/spa sales people got a bit overwhelming, but overall we are very satisfied.

The best chef ever! The aqua park staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best! The food offered a great variety and was constantly refilled. All the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Special thanks to Ahmed and Mohamed from the aqua park — God bless them!

I really recommend this resort. We had a problem with our room and they fixed it within the hour. Great service, very nice personnel and great animation!

Hotel Review We really enjoyed our stay and overall had a great experience. The heated pools were a big plus, and the hotel was very clean throughout. The beautifully maintained green areas and grass made the whole resort look amazing. One of the highlights was the coral reef right by the beach, perfect for snorkeling. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the playground was a great addition for children. There are several pools and a beautiful beach area to relax. The food was very good, with a daily grill and a wide variety of dishes. The kitchen staff were extremely friendly, and the service at the pools and during animations was also kind and helpful. New Year’s Eve was organized on such a spectacular scale that it truly left us speechless — an absolutely amazing celebration. We spent a fantastic time from December 26th to January 2nd, and we can honestly say it was a memorable holiday. What we didn’t like: – constant attempts to sell the VIP package, which felt pushy – low-quality alcohol, although this may be a positive as we drank less – the “all-excuse me” feeling — we often felt uncomfortable asking for wine or beer; some waiters, especially at the bars, were not very pleasant Summary: A great hotel in terms of facilities, food, and surroundings. With better bar service and less pressure to upgrade to VIP, it could be close to perfect. Highly recommended.
